Greg Abbott lauded the success of Texas when he spoke at the 18th annual West Texas Legislative Summit here at Angelo State University.Abbott said Thursday that Texas has been leading the way in business for years, and the state again is creating jobs and increasing oil production to help lower gas prices."The fact of the matter is there is no state in the United States of America that is doing as well on the issue of jobs as the great state of Texas," Abbott said to a standing-room-only crowd at ASU's C.
